Custom Shop Slope Shoulder Dreadnought

This Custom Shop Martin is an unusual appearance in the Martin catalog. We found this one in the Martin Custom Shop in Nazareth and fell in love with straight away. This is a big old strumming guitar that will carry your tunes. It has classic slope shoulder D specs with mahogany back and sides and a Sitka Spruce top. No surprises here. Sound wise it is a surprise. It has more clarity than what we find on most Slope Shoulders (read J-45 type guitars). Without losing any of the bass and midrange. The guitar has scalloped bracing in a special bracing design. Of course it has a classic teardrop sunburst finish with white binding. If you are looking for a J-45 with Martin Custom Shop quality then lok no further.
