Fender ’59 Bassman Limited Used

Iconic Amp

What do we need to tell you about this classic amp? The Fender Bassman is probably the most iconic amplifier Fender ever built. It was original released in 1955 as a bass amplifier (hence the name) but guitarist who were experimenting with this amp were immediately impressed by its punchy, huge sound. Now this amp design is among the most revered from guitarist, not bass players. Add this to the fact that the first Marshall amplifiers were largely leveraged from the Bassmans circuit design and its easy to understand why the Fender Bassman was the first amplifier chosen as a tweed reissue in the early 90s.
